Sure, the more volunteers the better. Without the volunteers these events can't happen. That's true for racing events all around the Country.

All serious racers are gonna crash sometimes. It's usually from trying too hard. The key thing is to learn from it, and not quit.

If we can all work together, there will be many more drifting and racing events to come that everyone can participate in. :D

Sean is still on vacation and said he will get to the scores tonight. So we will have the scores up tmrw.

2 days of drifting November 17 and 18. Drivers offered the invite will get to drift from 10 to 5 on Sat. and if you make it to the top 32, 10 to noon on Sun. Opening ceremonies with the color guard and other festivities at noon. A bikini contest by islandbabez.com and Top 16 to follow in eliminations with a closing exhibition.

Top 8 are exempt from fees all others will be charged $125. This coming Friday is the only day to register. So even if you are not in the alloted numbers of invite my suggestion is to still show up because if the others that are invited don't show the next on the list will be given the invite.

I just spoke to Sean and we will have the results up tonight. What time would you guys suggest? 7pm is what we were thinking.

WE have just 5 weeks and a lot of work. I appreciate all of those of you who help us out for without your participation we could not do this. This is a full time job working with sponsors, promotions and networking with so many. While trying to run a TV show and work.

But as for the few shit talkers the situation is not going to change. The naye sayers know how hard it is just to find a location much less trying to build it up from scratch.

We brought in 6 drivers. 4 D-1 and 2 FD drivers in February. When I spoke to Hide Sato san ( If I have to explain who he is, you don't know what the hell you are talking about anyway. ) he warned me that the drivers that had been coming to
Hawaii for other promoters were not professionals. That is all the former Hawaii promoters ever did.
Bring in drivers who were not the best.

I am here and they are not. Live with it bacause this isn't going to change. The leaders all know who you are and know your Bull Shit tactics and they are not buying any of it.

You are playing a game that you are in over your heads and that is why you are drowning, and in this game their is no Coast Guard or life preservers.

Judged runs will happen on Saturday for the State Champion. Sunday is open 10 till noon and after opening ceremonies battle for the top 16. Rhys, other drivers from outside and Hawaii drivers. These drivers like Rhys are coming here to do battle. They are not getting an appearance fee. So you all are racing for money against Rhys and other top drivers. This isn't an exhibition. This is Battle for the Cash. Not just bragging rights.

"ONLY" the top 8 are exempt because they earned the points because they showed up for both events.

Barry just showed up in September and he is in 9th. So other top drivers can move up but to catch the front runners for the state championship is probably unlikely.

All included will be "50" total. 42 + 8.

The PRESENT top 8 are exempt. What's you point? Are you one of these top "8" drivers? Or are you just trying to be difficult?

no i am not. i was just wondering if there was a chance to make it the top 8 and possibaly end up spending less money. im not sponosred and have other financial obligations so a little extra $$ helps. also just trying to clear up any confusion before things get out of hand. better to ask questions here than show up at the meeting assuming things right? sorry for the fuss, but ive been reading some previous post and some things just weren't clear.
