Especially racers/enthusiasts; they always bitch after the fact. If there's something wrong or you think not right, bring it up. Dont wait to go home on the computer; show some ball's for heavens sake!

Sometimes it takes smart people more than just a minute to respond or provide constructive criticism after the fact. This is not a problem with people. It is a problem for people who think they know better.

If you are going to be a cook, you know you have to flip that burger over before it gets burnt, right? So if the janitor tells you "go clean the shit off the walls" do you drop what you are doing and clean it or do you tell the janitor to kiss your cornhole, that isnt my job. Smart has nothing to do with it; it's standing up for yourself.

I am not sure what this has to do with responses and constructive criticism from others.

As a cook I would clean the shit off the walls if the janitor won't do it. He would be fired immediately and someone who wants to work would replace him. If not the restaurant would be shitty and I mean that quite literally.

Look at my avatar. It is shit on the wall and your cook doesn't want to clean it. If I change or delete it he will just put more shit on the wall anyway.
