Motorcyclist falls 50-60 feet from freeway

A motorcyclist is in serious condition after falling 50-60 feet from the H-1 freeway, EMS officials said.
The 22-year-old driver was westbound on the H-1 about 3:21 p.m. when he lost control of the motorcycle and flew off the roadway, landing on Paiea Street, near North Nimitz Highway, EMS said.
He was transported in critical condition, but his condition was upgraded to serious, EMS said.
