P24; Fact or Fiction?

Would like to hear what you people think. I'll start it off. I think if someone says that they are moving forward, have the permits, etc... But then DHHL said that no activity is allowed on the property until all problems/ agencies are addressed ( this includes a presentation to the HCDA Board, which they are not on any agenda yet). How can they tell everyone that they are just waiting for the permit to level the big pile of dirt on the property and that they are looking at opening the track in late August? I mean if they can pull this off, my hat goes off to them, but in reality, it is impossible.

PunishUM had materials left over like certified dust barriers and piping from our Aloha Stadium events. When hearing of the complaints of the dust from the dirt stored at P 24, so that night at the racers meeting in March at the elementary school I mentioned to Jeanette that I was willing to donate the supplies. She thanked me.

So I had brought all of these materials over to P 24 and with the help of Les and others and we put up the barriers.

The next thing I know I get sent certified papers from Mr. Grace saying that if I ever step foot on P 24 again I would be arrested for trespassing.

As the saying goes, "No Good Deed Goes UNPUNISHED". Ain't that gratitude for Ya ? :confused: :confused:

Because Grucci is an existing tenant from DHHL, we have the option to keep them as tenants under our lease. We're having communications with them to tie up loose ends. We would welcome them as tenants as long as they abide by the rules and stipulations.

I seriously doubt there will be a track on P24 ever. The community is demanding an EA. Who's gonna pay for that? I can tell you the dept. doesn't want to pay for it. :rolleyes:

On top of that you've got some major permitting problems with the archaeological sites and endangered species on the lot. All for what? 15-20 acres with a month to month? Not worth it.

Interestingly, many of the community concerns about P24 (traffic on Coral Sea, access to CGAS etc.) would also apply to P9.

I'm sure DHHL has about had it with the crazy racers anyway. I'd much rather do business with Grucci.

First of all, I was merely giving some input in this thread - P24; Fact or Fiction? Stating there is more than ONE person who is capable of building a track on P24. I didn't mention any names.

Secondly, I don't know who you think I am. We played that game before. I applaud you for your post as it seems your insightfulness and use of all caps has overwhelmed me. Bravo! Encore!

The misuse of funds was investigated. I am not OMAC. The Souza's can build a dirt track and so can the Grace's. When you have two sides to an issue, as with this P24, you can expect blame to be placed on both sides.
