Because there seems to be a lot of misinformation, concern, and questions, I figured that I'd let you guys know...the www.kalaeloaracewaypark.com site will be open soon.

I was over on another forum, and I saw a few people asking about why the designs, etc...haven't been posted. And a couple of arguments about why Jr. is holding back or whatever. That's not really the case...the designs have been posted on www.buildthetrack.com for awhile now. But it does point something out...the information isn't out there and people don't know where to look to get it.

I'd just like to say that there are certain things that need to be done first...and we're doing them. Once the website is up, all of the updates, the prelim sketches, and answers will be available to the general public. It will be the source for all future updates, as well as scheduled events, and will feature comprehensive information on the different motorsports on Oahu.

There will be other features, such as articles on how you can support, a list of supporters that will be updated constantly along with testimonies, sponsors plus people that are putting a helping hand into making this a reality, contact information, and much, much more.

It will be a consistent work in progress, and will be constantly updated. I'm personally hosting it on the HT server, and if you know me, you know I'm a glutton for punishment when it comes to working on websites. This one will be no different.

I should have it up and functional by Saturday, with the content to be added as soon as I can. The design of the site is complete, I just need to do some more fine-tuning. I'll let everyone know once it's up. For now, the site is currently turned off, so all you'll get is a status page.

Still...update your bookmarks, and know that there is alot of work being done to keep this thing moving forward. After reading all of that...I just figured it I'd let everyone know that we fully intend to keep everyone aware of our progress, our efforts, and ensure that there is no reason to feel "left in the dark" about what's going on.

That's been a problem before, and I promise that it won't happen this time if I can help it. I'm sure I'll hear more crap about how this is all propaganda and bs. That's fine. I'd be surprised if I didn't. Oh well...who cares.

If all the racers got behind that effort, I think we could make it happen. Unfortunately, there's been too many liars out there confusing people about new racetracks that are really only bullshit. Ok Tracy, since you've put so much thought and time into your post, I guess the least I can do is respond. Even though it's probably a waste of my time....

First of all, as I have said MANY times before, if I have something to say to you all or to anyone here, I will come on as myself "Paradise Racer" . I have no reason to have to jump to different computers as you claim. Most of the time I don't even bother with this site, as I know what it's all about.

The original intention that Les had with this site was to make it informative and I can see how that has changed. So, the only time I bother to come here is only when Jr. starts reading and wants to post. And YES, he can read. And thanks to you all, you've kept it entertaining enough for him to read more.

Now for the other part, I'm gonna post what I feel is necessary. You come out and start talking smack to the few people that do happen to come and take a look (probably for entertainment only) about doing nothing while others spend money and time....what have you done lately? And do you realize that there are many supporters out there that have been helping and actually aren't looking for any glory? Not everyone is looking to be in the limelight.

Now, for your idiotic babble about JS, you must be a real moron not to see that he has done alot in support of the racers. He has helped us towards the direction to get our temp-site. He has opened many doors to lead us in the direction to get racing on Oahu again. You guys talk alot of shit about him, but the truth is that you don't know shit. And that's the whole problem. It's because you have NO IDEA on what's going on that the only thing you can do is speculate. Too bad, cause it didn't have to be that way. You guys chose to be in the position that you are in.

When we had the last meeting at DHHL, where everyone was there (even you Tracy), it was discussed openly how the different groups would have to get in touch with Jr. about the temp-site. We agreed that OMAC was welcomed to come aboard. Or at least, Jr and I agreed. I know that there were others that were not so accomodating on that idea. And as I see it, if Jr and I were able to put the past behind to move forward, what's your groups problem. SO WHAT if they were supporters of Oakland and P9. BIG FRICKEN DEAL!!!! It takes a bigger person to admit when the road they were traveling on wasn't taking them anywhere and they were ready to change direction. Ok Tracy, since you've put so much thought and time into your post, I guess the least I can do is respond. Even though it's probably a waste of my time....

First of all, as I have said MANY times before, if I have something to say to you all or to anyone here, I will come on as myself "Paradise Racer" . There's alot of people asking the question "So what's next? When do we find out more information?". This site is the repository for those questions and their answers. In time, we'll have more in-depth articles on the process before us, but the following is the gameplan for the near future. These are requirements that must be met to move Kalaeloa Raceway Park (KRP) forward. This is just something to whet your appetite, and let you know that yes...we are making and continuing progress. This list is designed to be fluid and ever-changing. We will add and take things away if necessary.

* Present To The Hawaii Community Development Authority (HCDA) - KRP Project Planners are required to make a detailed presentation before the HCDA to address their and the community's concerns over the development of KRP. Our goal is to respect HCDA's Master Plan for the future redevelopment of Kalaeloa into a burgeoning "Wahi Ho'okela" (Center for Excellence) while maintaining positive community relations as well as coordinating with local and state organizations within the area. This presentation is currently being scheduled, but we expect it to fall sometime during the month of June. We will post the date once we are notified. This is a chance for all of us who support building a motorsports park to appear and support respectfully. We will keep you updated.

That's right. Still paying debt on events for racers who kept trying to sneak people and food into the event. Months after and still taking care of it all. We even had to go back and restripe the stadium parking lot. And many who said they would volunteer never did a thing or paid entry fees. Ehhhh, you know what? Good. The drag racers never care when we never have one place. Now they going feel how it feels like to no have one plece for race and some other guys stay racing while you stay home watching tv or playing with yourselv.
