it's all bullshit, speculations, 1/2 truths written by 3 or 4 people (think of them as speed bumps) who are against any effort to build a track besides their own......................

**never mind they have no effort to build a track, only to keep anyone else from doing it.**

There's lots of hard work going on now to get this thing going and it's going to take alot more hard work. Don't listen to the negatives, things are moving along in the right direction.

What makes me think the lease will end June 30? Because that's what it says - go read it!

Jr is the one influencing DHHL with negatives by ignoring the Notice of Violation. If he doesn't clean up his mess and pay the fines, DHHL will get stuck with it (which appears to be his strategy).

Comments posted on an internet forum have absolutely NO bearing on track progress. All I'm doing is pointing out the fact the NO progress has been made and NOTHING has been done on P24. The lot was SUPPOSED to be used for racing. Instead, Jr. has used it to store his commercial trailers, and as a dump site for his trucking business for him to make money. Then he complains that the Souzas were the ones that wanted to make the money off the property? When they have made nothing, and Jr and his group have made several hundred thousand dollars from the illegal dumping???

NOW JR IS ASKING GRUCCI TO PAY $6,000 PER MONTH RENT WHEN THE ACTUAL RENT ON THE PROPERTY IS ONLY $2,000 PER MONTH! JR IS ALL ABOUT MAKING MONEY FOR HIMSELF AND THAT'S IT!

Yes I would congratulate Jr if he actually accomplished something. Even to APPLY for the necessary permits would show a level of commitment. Even this necessary first step has not been taken! Permits cost money. Jr wants to make money not spend it!

No we don't have a track ready yet either, but the difference is WE'RE NOT OUT TELLING EVERYONE A TRACK WILL BE READY WHEN IT WON'T LIKE WHAT JR IS DOING!

And if you want to tell someone to be quiet, you should have told Jr. 4 months ago! Too late! He's already bullshitted everyone in the known universe about HIS new track and his Christmas race with a $10,000 purse THAT NEVER HAPPENED! You see, the sitcho is, if your buddy doesn't get all that dirt off the property over the next 7 days. He's gonna get slapped with a $1,000 per day fine and possible criminal charges. NOT good for the project at all! Especially if your gonna have to bail your leader out of jail! :eek:

Sooooooooooooooooooo, what you all good folks can do is to start hauling that dirt off the property right away. But wait - get that soils test done first, because the dumps will require it before they take the material. And if you have any friends in the soils test business that would help. Orrrrrrrrr, you could just lend Jr. $10,000 or so to pay for it. :rolleyes:

What else??? Try to see if you can find several thousand gallons of diesel fuel or a big pile of money laying around to pay for it. (that stuff is kinda pricey these days) Annnnnnnnnnnnd, see if you can rustle up a few loaders (with qualified operators), and a few water trucks. Annnnnnnnnnd, you're gonna need more than Jr's three trucks, cuz they would take about 6 months to finish the job by themselves. Not good. :mad:

Sooooooooooo, see if you can find ANOTHER big pile of money laying around somewhere so you all can pay for the other trucking companies to help out with the hauling.
