The original NOV deadline was June 13. The 1 time extension is for 30 days. So as of today, that leaves about 23 days till the $1,000 per day fine kicks in. Better start hauling out that dirt (you should have started earlier but you all don't listen).

And guess what? I checked today and no permit application has been submitted yet! :eek:

Members present at these "Safety Meetings", C'mon, they have to have at least one Engineer or at least one who claims to be one. I know there are enough Heavy Equipment operators / CDL at these meetings or at least those who claim to be. Right? ;) ;)

If there is any fine to be paid, it's no one's responsibility but our own. So, don't worry about it. It's time to change your tune.....you're sounding like a broken record.

Why don't you tell everyone the progress your non-profit has on getting that piece of land you were talking about previously? Don't worry, we wouldn't be like some people and try to screw that up.... I just think that since you have nothing good to report about P24 then you should let everyone know what you're doing to support "racing in Hawaii".

Nope, just pointing out how useless the misc. "hangers on" are. How much have "Lena808", "DaSurfa", etc, donated to help pay for the fines? Not one dime? Imagine that!

I doubt any racers with a brain in their head, believe in this imaginary track any longer.
