It has been brought to my attention that there is a rumor about me giving up on Kalaeloa Raceway Park and that we were pulling out.

There is NO truth behind this rumor.

Things are coming along and we are still moving forward.

As of date, the stockpiling permit application has been submitted and is currently being reviewed by DPP.

States that this information is for "building permits"....Does it apply for "stockpiling permits"?
