what classes do they race? Is the haul tough? I mean boat ride tough? How long does it take? Are there any chassis builders in Hawaii?

From what I've heard, the classes are Sprint, Street Stock (V8 sedans), and Mini-Stock (4cyl imports). No boat to the Big Island yet, there's one planned for 2009.

Could I bring my daughters s-10, its leaf springs should be easy to change to dirt. my late model no way, were do they get there sprint cars from? I run asphalt sprints so I could turn slideways, I would way bringing a sprint to buying one, what are the motor rules? do they have a web page?

I don't believe the CT on the Big Island does have a website. Most of the Sprint car chassis here came from the mainland. I don't know of anyone who builds those kind of chassis here on Oahu. I'm sure we will get a dirt CT open on Oahu eventually, but it's hard to say exactly when. Not much support for an asphalt CT here. (just ask Mr. Speed :rolleyes: )
