In the meantime, this is what I'm doing. No it's not from my bike; I come around lapping this guy in my own battle part way through. The dragstrip is to the right of the riders as they wait at the grid.

That was cool video Kim. Yeah I am glad that one of our local boys that was "Representing" was NOT that slow. :D The drifting takes place on the farthest side of the track from the start finish before you head back up the hill.

Do you have any on board stuff of yourself? Would be cool if we get some of you mixing it up there. I am sure all of Hawaii would like to see that. I'd like to use it for our TV show showing a local guy competing on the mainland or we can figure something out with you to go and cover you at one of those AMA events.

I keep saying I'm gonna get another bike camera (last one ejected itself and commit suicide), I never get around to it. It's tough when I live in a different state than my bikes are in.
I'm doing one more AMA event this year, Laguna Seca in September. Maybe I'll get motivated and hook something up by then....Or you can have someone go with me and be my pit bitch, um, I mean, camera guy! :)

When in September? I have the Drift event @ the stadium on the 29th.

I got some very custom camera mounts I designed and patented. That is why we got the coolset shots on the show. Would there be a place to put the Black Box that is the record unit?

Ah, same weekend that you're drifting at the Stadium. Bummer. There's always more races, I'll get a recorder on my bike soon.
