(parental guidance) Paul Giovanetti related the lease holder, Hawaii Raceway Park, was required by terms of the lease that to remove any and all improvments and return the property to its orignal state when the lease expired.Mr Giovanetti stated that rumors were posted on several internet sites for a long time saying the buildings at the park would burned and he thought that these rumors wre rediculous. So rediculous that some how the tower burned write in front of your eyes._ _ _ _ set the tower on fire. Fire report states that at the time of the fire that the winds were clocking at 10 to 20 mile an hour wind .HE related that they were in the process of demolishing the tower.(I sure hope you have a demolishing permit)!
